Kayaking on the Great Egg Harbor River
A few photos from a five mile kayak trip in the Winslow Fish & Wildlife Management area with a friend this weekend. Despite being in the most populous state in the country, I was amazed at how remote it felt. We didn’t encounter a single person during our five hour trip. Definitely one of the more difficult, yet rewarding physical experiences I’ve had in a while. We couldn’t have asked for a better day out the river. With little to no humidity and temps in the low 80s, it was an enjoyable day out in the woods.
